Free shipping on all ozone generators!  Over the past decade, we've covered the shipping on all our ozone generators. In the unlikely event there are special shipping charges, we'll contact you directly before processing your order. 

Orders placed by 1 PM PST (M-F) ship the same day.

Note: We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.  If you checkout with a PO Box, we'll get in touch and ask for an alternate address.

Return Policy - 100 Percent Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee our customers' satisfaction, without exception. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do anything in our power to make you happy.  All returns must be unopened and not damaged.  If the item arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us as soon as you receive your purchase.  Some of our manufacturers require a restocking fee up to 20% on returns.   We unfortunately have to pass that expense on to our customers.  If you would like to know more about our return policy, please contact support.

To Make a Return, Simply:

1. Repack your machine with all of its components back into its original packaging.
2. Contact us at 1(888)995-1570 or fill out our contact form to inform us of your return and find out the proper address to ship the unit.

Important: No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call (888)995-1570 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) .

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed with Ozone Generator Direct, we will submit an order directly to our manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 12-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed Ozone Generator Direct and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer.

For this reason, we can't accept order cancellations once the 12-hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information in e-mail receipt is correct. If the customer does not notify us of any changes within the 12-hour window Ozone Generator Direct will proceed with ordering the merchandise from the manufacturer. Any cancellation of the order after this point must be submitted in writing through our contact form. The customer may be responsible for any shipping and handling fees that may apply.

Our manufacturers carry some amazing multi-year warranties on their generators.  Each product page should have warranty information.  If you have questions about a particular item's warranty then please contact our support team.  Warranties do not cover damages from neglect or improper use, so make sure to take care of your ozone generator.
